ONE VILLAGE ONE WEATHER STATION

Empowering Communities with HELIOT ENVIROSENSE.

One Village One Weather Station

Climate change is reshaping India and our whole planet in fact, with rising temperatures, erratic monsoons, frequent floods and droughts disrupting livelihoods. These challenges impact every sector, but agriculture & rural community —supporting over 60% of India’s population— facing possibly the severest of these threats. Indian farmers, especially in rural villages, contend with unpredictable weather, water scarcity, and pest outbreaks, jeopardizing food security and economic stability. Traditional forecasts often fail to reflect the diverse microclimates across India’s plains, hills, and coastal regions.

HELIOT ENVIROSENSE, an IoT-enabled, solar-powered, climate-resilient automatic weather station from Navariti Innovation, is designed and developed in India and tailored for Indian villages . With one station per village, it provides real-time microclimate monitoring, 8-day localized weather forecasts, AI-based irrigation advisory, fertilizer scheduling, crop manuals, pest/disease alerts, and customized weather warnings. Partnering with FPOs, NGOs, foundations, and CSR initiatives, this deployment model drives community-level resilience through wide-scale, localized installation across India’s diverse terrains.

Our Partners

Adapted for Indian contexts, these stations empower farmers to:

  • Increase yields by 10-20% through better crop planning suited to local conditions.
  • Save 20-40% water with precise irrigation, critical in water-stressed regions
  • Enhance climate-resilient agriculture and risk preparedness, vital for monsoon-dependent regions.

Backed by the HELIOT.AI analytics platform, each unit offers real-time dashboards, custom alerts, historical trends, and community-centric support. Beneficiaries include small and marginal farmers, FPOs, horticulture growers, organic farming groups, agricultural universities, NGOs, and high-value crop clusters like spices and floriculture.

We invite organizations, individuals, and government bodies to join this initiative. If you would like to be part of this impactful journey to build a climate-resilient future for Indian villages we would love to hear from you. Do help us spread the message.
